Dear Friends and Colleagues: In but a matter of a few months…
. . . the launch of our humble enterprise has attracted the attention and participation of dozens of intelligent, sophisticated, and humane higher education professionals and executives, all demonstrating common understanding of the impetus for transformative change in post-secondary education. When the Collaborative was announced back in August, we anticipated a steady but gradual aggregation of expertise, knowledge, and practitioner participation. The expectation has been fulfilled to a great measure!
The depth and breadth of resources represented by the Transformation Collaborative are inspiring and substantive. They fortify the value of the founding vision. They provide energy for sustained effort and a hunger for success. And they demonstrate the strength of an informal but robust community of thinkers, strategists, and doers. We are truly grateful to be part of that community!
