Personal & Educational:

Before transitioning as an executive and team coach, I was in Sales, Marketing and HR.  Back then, I met different types of leaders.  I met leaders who cared for people.  There were other leaders who did not focus on the growth of their team. There were leaders who were quick to judge and who always saw the bad side of people. That did not sit well with me.  Because I believe that everyone deserves care and respect. We all have something to contribute and should all be given equal treatment.

I became a coach because I met leaders who did not care for people.  I wanted them to see that the real role of a leader is to motivate, engage and grow the team.  I wanted to create a workplace where people can thrive.  The human side of the business is equally important as the numbers and the strategy. I have seen that when there is focus on people, companies can exponentially grow.

I realized that my strengths -- identifying people challenges, influencing, strategic thinking, customizing and analyzing problems could help fill this gap.  Looking back, the difficult leaders I met in my corporate journey made me realize my purpose. So now as a coach, I help leaders and teams with complexity, change and growth. I coach leaders who are new in their role, preparing for a role or want to be ready to scale their business. I take leaders and teams to the edge of their comfort zone so they can experience growth.  I have helped leaders redefine how they lead and transformed leaders from good to great.
