The Leadership Discovery program is about embracing your humanity and that of those whom you lead. It’s about building on one’s strengths to support values-based, people and purpose serving decisions; about discovering who you can be as a leader, rather than just what you can do. During this weekend you will wrestle with what really matters to you and aligning that with how you lead. It’s about addressing the dissonance that leaders experience when what they believe and what matters to them is not honored by the people and structures they are accountable to. Ultimately, you will discover the resource and resilience you’ve always had inside you to drive transformation in yourself and in the people and organization you lead.
